Add to Favorites crashes IE9.
I have been through the question with a similar name and not had any success in solving the problem.

Whenever I try to add to my Favorites IE crashes but it will work properly in my user account with administration privileges and when I right click and open IE with Administration privileges..
I run Fix-it, disabled add-ons, reset settings, uninstalled IE9
and reinstalled IE9, run fix-it again but nothing helped.
When I right click and open IE with Administrative privileges there no favorites other than what comes with IE when first installed. A while back I wanted the same favorites in my guest account as my normal account so I opened two copies of Windows Explorer
and dragged them over.
