Hi,
- Are you referring to the apps within the Windows Store or the All Apps list?
Apps within the Windows store cannot be rearranged.
The list of apps shown in ALL APPS are arranged Alphabetically (You cannot rearrange it).
Apps downloaded on the computer and shown on the Start Menu can be rearranged.
(cannnot be done in a alphabetical order).
You will be able to group them and move it accordingly.
