Auto_Close Macro to automatically save & rename read only document
I can't figure out how to make this work. My Excel document is a read only template. After it's filled out I want a macro that automatically runs and completes the below steps when the user closes to help streamline the process for them
1- Check to see if the document is read only.
2 - If it is - Do a "save-as" to automatically save & rename the doucment based on a named range called "EmployeeName" and make sure "read only" is unchecked. Note: The template is in a folder - I assume the save-as will remailn the same folder?
3 - If it is not read only just do a normal save.
Thanks!
