AMD radeon hd 6700m not working with windows 8.1

Since the Windows 8.1 update the drivers for the Amd 6700 video card are not working, it says they have been disabled.
Today I was trying to get into BF4 and I could not get because of it.
Is there any fix for this, I tried the catalyst 13.11 but it
didnt work.
I tryed disabling and enabling the drivers on the device manager, it removed the warning but is still not working.
