Critical Structure Corruption BSOD when installing Linux VM

Hi

I'm encountering a BSOD issue "CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION" during install of Ubuntu 13.10 x64 under a Virtual Box VM.

Google yields no answers...(perhaps I should try Bing..)

Anyone encountered this before?

All of the attached DMP files are of the CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109) bugcheck.
This indicates that the kernel has detected critical kernel code or data corruption.

BugCheck 109, a3a01f58b01a9714, b3b72bdf029a97e7, c0000103, 7

The 4th parameter of the bugcheck is 7 which indicates a critical MSR modification.
Have you tried installing this OS with a different VM software such as Oracle, etc? If so and you still crash, possible HOST OS corruption.
Can you please run System File Checker and attach the log here, please?

- Open an elevated command promt (run cmd as administrator).

- In elevated command prompt, type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes, and press enter.
Do note this can take some time to finish.
To see and read only the "SFC" scan results from the CBS.log:

- Open an elevated command promt (run cmd as administrator).

- Copy and paste the following and then press enter:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >C:\sfcdetails.txt

This will create a file called sfcdetails.txt at the root of your system (C:\) containing only the SFC scan results from the CBS.log.
