Cannot install Solidworks 2010 on Windows 7

Hi...
I am trying to download solidworks 2010 in windows 7 ultimate but the program is not responding....
before it start instaling the pop up appear & say that the installation is interupted ..Please try later...
I have tried many times but the same thing
pops up...
i have even switched off the antivirus...
anyone know how to solve this problem????
